Nursery diet and menu information
We had our inspection on 3rd February 2015 and have maintained our 5 food hygiene rating.
Each meal is freshly prepared within the nursery kitchen by a qualified food handler.
Breakfast – cereal and toast
Snack – (- morning and afternoon) – fresh fruit
Lunch – freshly prepared two course meal following our three week rolling menu
Snack tea – selection of sandwiches, vegetable sticks, dips, crackers, rice cakes, bread sticks, homemade pizza and fresh fruit, following our three week rolling menu.
Monday – gnocci with a roast vegetable sauce – natural yoghurt with a fresh fruit puree
Tuesday – carrot, butternut squash and sweet potato soup with fresh homemade bread – spotted dick and custard
Wednesday – salmon and leek bake – stewed apple and custard
Thursday – country chicken pie with broccoli and mixed vegetables – fresh fruit with natural yoghurt
Friday – three bean stew – rice pudding
